The Committee

The CCR Committee is an HOA committee made up of community member volunteers whose mission is to maintain the essence of the Black Horse Run Equestrian lifestyle and ensure our community remains a safe, family friendly environment for everyone who calls our neighborhood home. This committee is responsible for receiving and investigating inquiries about aspects of the community that are out of regulations listed in the By-Laws and Restrictive Covenants.


Submit A Complaint

Is there something in the community that is out of regulation? You can submit a claim by Clicking Here or by emailing BlackHorseRunofDurham@gmail.com. Be sure to add as much information as possible including your name, phone number and address, the location of violation, description, pictures, when it happened etc.


Received A Complaint

If you have received a letter with an alleged violation, we’d like to hear from you. It is the job of the CCR Committee to work with residents to maintain the cohesiveness of the community and work with and not against you to correct said violations. Please email BlackHorseRunofDurham@gmail.com with as much information as possible about the alleged violation so we can work together to resolve the situation.
