Black Horse Run 2020 Pool Rules

  1. Only Association members in good standing and their immediate household are allowed this season (no guests).  Limit of 60 people in the facility (35 of those 60 in the water).

  2. Individuals exhibiting the symptoms of COVID-19 (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, new loss of smell or taste, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea) are not allowed to use the facility.

  3. All members are required to sign in and to acknowledge these rules and that they are not currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

  4. Individuals are required to maintain state mandated social distancing measures and wear a face covering at all times while using this facility (not required when in the water).

  5. No outside equipment (floats, balls, etc.).  Any items left at the pool will be discarded nightly.

  6. Individuals are required to sanitize any furniture before and after their use.

  7. BHR has hired attendants to enforce compliance with these rules and to provide periodic sanitization of ‘high touch’ surfaces

  8. This facility is under 24-hour surveillance.

  9. The Association has implemented a zero tolerance policy for violations of these and all other posted rules, and harassment of the attendants.

  10. Violations of these rules will result in the member’s access fob being disabled for the remainder of the season.

  11. Operating hours: 11 AM – 7 PM.  Lap Swim only hours 5 AM – 9 AM * Requires pre-registration.
    Starting on Aug 17, normal hours will change to 12 - 8 PM
