COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS FOR THE BHR CLUBHOUSE HAVE BEEN LIFTED. THE CLUBHOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL BY BHR RESIDENTS.

Please check the calendar for availability, then fill out the form for consideration of your clubhouse rental request.
If your request is approved you’ll need to fill out the rental contract (download here), then pay the deposit fee ($250) and submit the required rental fee ($150) prior to the scheduled rental date.
